High Point Ranch

High Point Ranch is located in Aubrey, TX off of HWY 377 and Blackjack Rd. This master planned community will feature Lennar as the home builder.

The community will have commercial and retail pad sites in the front of the community.

A special purpose district called a MUD (municipal utility district) was established for this community through legislature. It is MUD 1 as well as a TIRZ.
