Land development on the west side of DFW resembles the wild west of the past. It can be difficult to land plan extraterritorial jurisdiction disputes, oil & gas well regulation, and the availability of water, but we always find a way to get the job done.
We were recently presented with two opportunities to take over existing projects and look forward to seeing them through. Where others have run into roadblocks, were getting work done in one of DFW fastest growing cities, Weatherford, TX.
Morningside
At Morningside, we’re working to bring a gated community to central Weatherford. Our hope is to maintain the rural atmosphere but still remain close to Parker County’s vibrant courthouse district.
Chisolm Addition
At the Chisolm Addition, we’re working closely with the city of Weatherford and our business partners to revitalize a stalled development. With careful management and planning we expect to bring the Chisolm Addition back to life.
