The Meadows

Located in Ponder, TX off US HWY 380. This master planned community will feature D.R. Horton Homes, M/I Homes, TriPoint Homes, and First Texas. The community will also feature commercial and multi-family sites in the front off US HWY 380.

This development was developed in three PODS. Pod A (North side of FM 156), Pod B and Pod C (South side of FM 156).

Shelton Development has developed an onsite waste water treatment plant (sewer) to facilitate the entire community as well as a water treatment plant (public water).

The Meadows has a special purpose district called a MUD (municipal utility district) on it. It is MUD 16.
