One of the best kept secrets in Texas is Waco. Bringing small town charm to big city life. We are excited to begin working on a projects in the surrounding areas of Waco. With the Brazos River running through town and Baylor University within minuets of shopping, restaurants, and of course the Silos.

As we begin work on this new development we will update with photos, site plans, and potential builders. Expanding past the DFW is not new to us, but Waco is. Working with the City of Waco has been a wonderful experience and we hope to continue to bring more growth this this charming city.
